Before we proceed, I want you to know the heart posture that I approach this service with. I know what a big decision this is. Inviting someone into your home -- and trusting them with your most precious little person -- is not something you take lightly, and neither do I. It requires more than just checking off a list of qualifications. It requires a feeling of true fit, of mutual respect, of safety.
I carry that understanding with me every step of the way. I know the toll that constant turnover can take -- the stress, the time, the disruption for your child. That's why my goal is to make sure the caregiver you welcome in is someone who not only meets your logistical needs, but feels aligned with the atmosphere you created in your home. Someone who's in it for the long haul -- not just a good match on paper, but a trusted, steady presence in your family's rhythm.

Step 1: Getting to Know Your Needs
Fill out the intake form and schedule a short consultation call.
Through the information that you share in your intake form and our consultation call, I will learn what your needs are and make a comprehensive profile for your family to express those needs.
Step 2: The Search
After you confirm our assessment of your needs, we will begin our search.
We will share your custom-made profile with you and once your needs are confirmed, we will start looking through our network of caregivers, sending you their comprehensive files, allowing you to choose the best fit without repeated interviewing.
Step 3: Onboarding and Support
Once you choose a finalist, we will move on to onboarding.
After reviewing the profiles, we send over, we will help you choose a finalist. From there we will conduct their background check and provide you with onboarding documents to help facilitate a smooth hiring process. We also provide additional resources like quarterly check-ins, conflict mediation, etc., per request.

This partnership allows us to offer supplemental training opportunities for caregivers who are eager to enhance their skills and gain valuable experience. Together, we’re committed to providing the best care possible for families in our community. While many of our caregivers come with years of hands-on experience, we also believe in supporting those who are earlier in their journey -- especially when they show strong potential and aligned values. This allows us to support emerging caregivers with foundational tools and, over time, create space for specialty training in areas like emotional regulation or working with neurodiverse children.
